okay another highlight of the whole week was the collection of my friend Lucian.
not that i was expecting the opposite, but it was seriously great.
i think better than the last one (which i thought wasn´t possible).
once i set foot backstage, i knew that he´ll hit it again this time.
the clean cuts, the innovative shape of the coats, the details, the drapings, the tailoring,
EVERYTHING was perfect.
i exchanged my seat for a spot on the photographers pit to really capture the beauty of the collection,
and boy am i glad!

Lucian, if you´re reading this, i wish you all the success you truly deserve.
you will be the next big thing, i can sense it!

PAIR NUMERO IV – Isabel Marant Cleane Boots

i have decided to start this small “The Shoe Project” documenting all the shoes i have acquired for 2012 and mini stories behind the acquisition.

anyway, YESSS finally got a hold of these elusive IM boots.
i have been searching them everywhere to a point of no success.
so before my trip back home from Berlin Fash Week, i decided to have a quick peek at The Corner, and there they were, sitting perfectly waiting for me.

shoutout to the super friendly sales assistant who was tempting me to get the red ones as well.
you rock.

BEAUTYBERRY by Wang Yutao presented by Mercedes Benz & ELLE

Here are some shots from my favorite show so far!
So aside from the fact that Wang Yutao is from my side of the globe and a renowned designer in China, his collection was breathtaking!
The women´s dresses were just so floaty perfect.
The men´s collection is exactly how i picture my boyfriend´s style in my dreams.
A mix of fur, leather and tweed.
Very London Chic. It is said to be a homage to the upcoming Olympic Games hosted by England.
I got goosebumps after the show.
Honestly.

Yesterday the Christmas markets opened in Berlin and I immediately went to Gendarmenmarkt, my favourite one, to indulge in some Glühwein. I’m already feeling ridiculously festive so I went to the Kadewe to browse for some Christmas presents with Alasdair for his parents. I love these velvety gold trousers I bought in London. They fit like a glove and are a much needed contrast to my obsession with black jeans. Gold is for Christmas, ruby for Glühwein and black for the expected hangovers. I love this season of the year!

i always wanted to buy a duffle coat, never gotten to it, but as soon as i saw this, I HAD TO GET IT!

i just arrived home yesterday midnight from my short trip to berlin
and in 3 hours, i am off to fly again there.
busy, busy.
i just wanted to update you with what i did there before i leave, so here you go!

We (le boyf and moi) were asked by New Yorker to do a video for our awesome blog Whatstrend while doing what we do best, photoshooting for the blog!
it was so fun and we felt really well taken cared of!
i am excited for the result.
you will see me speak german for the first time! *cue in horror* haha

Here are some more images from my stay in Berlin. From business class seat to the exclusive Aloe Blacc concert and the late dinner – all was perfectly planned and I had so much fun with the ladies and man
The WhatsTrend Blog team pampered us just like celebrities for a day which resulted in a bit of a pleasent hangover from all the attention on the next day.

i had a private driver and car from Seat & the hotel was amazing!

i get inspired every single time!

Glitter Booties: Haus of Price via

this was my last day outfit at berlin fashion week. you might remember this outfit from THIS post. i was requested by some streetstyle blogs to wear the outfit again so i happily complied as i LOVE this outfit very much. a reason to repeat it is VERY welcome!

i think i got photographed at least 20 times that day and my shoes about 50? <3

this presentation was actually one of my highlights this season!
i loved the setting, the “creepiness” of the whole place (read: lamps with hair & baby dolls in cages) and the BLACK CLOTHES!
it was pretty dark inside hence, so hard to take these pictures!
but i hope you get to see how amazing the details of the clothes are.

i definitely could see lady gaga sporting this!
